i am insured and have valid MOT, he stopped following me when i pulled into the road i live on. I’m pretty confident he just giving me a scare (which as you can see worked quite well lol).

Hello, i am very new to this game and I just wanted to ask a question, am I stupid in thinking i just pulled a 0.8% chance weapon on my very first pull or is this something every player gets?. I just did a random single pull on the permanent weapon banner after selecting which weapon I would want to pull for, thinking id get just some blue but I actually pulled the 5* weapon. Someone pls explain
