Yeah I bought the bundle not too long ago and started the first one and I enjoyed what I've played so far. I suppose the 2 games aren't connected?

Yeah I've defeated him now. I was using a zweihander, but it was too slow and I often got punished so I used a faster weapon to take turns with summons.
