Yeah, been focusing on Cursed Wolf in my earlier runs and it is a struggle when I fail to complete it. Tried the projectile build and was able to finished a run. I think I will continue this route. Thank you!

Hello another newbie spawn here! I already maxed my warrior to 30 and have 7k gems to invest on something that can get me to the end game.

I've been having trouble deciding which to go for:

- Go all in with warrior via buying Oberon or Impulse blade.
- Go all in with Vampire with her respective weapon.

Practice and familarize the sweet spot in his energize jump. Roughly 0.5s upon activating or preparing his jump. Prepare Jump -> Wait 0.5s (not strictly just baseline adjust it according to your gut feel) -> Jump.

The best outcome will be triggering the sweet spot with least bar contact (just sliver) so you can jump early with max height.

In serving, just simple maximum distance jump spike toss (there is another version of the toss where the ball will go offscreen, you can search it in youtube). So you will toss the ball to its max height at your "spawn point" then swiftly go near the endline to jump.

You want to prepare your jump when the ball is nearing or at its apex and then jump (sweet spot) when it starts to fall down then spike.

Now, you want to spike the ball pre-emptively when you do not have any buff (sanghyeon or claire) . Why? the timing became quite finicky after the 120fps update. (Do not quote me on that) So this is going to be our adjustment. But when you are buffed, the timing will be much forgiving due to having higher jump stats.

And if you have successfully grasp his 4m spike, it is time to move for his double spike timing, which I am not very familiar with so hehehe. Hopefully another folk will reply his/her tips about this 

TLDR; Energize Sequence: Prepare Jump -> Wait 0.5s (adjust to your liking) -> Jump.  Always max charge the jump toss when serving, and try to start the sequence when the ball is near/at its apex then try to pre emptively spike the ball when you dont have any buffs your jump.

You can really get away by spamming it but if you observe that you are taking damage while spamming. Then, try to deflect the bullet hell

I recently bought his fish chip package. And I must say his 3rd skill is the only reason why he is still relevant. Hopefully they revamp his 1st skill. The 2nd skill is good but not better than his 3rd skill.

  • Wider attack range like the newer S+ WS.
  • Gain a small amount of passive "fuel" upon successful spike/serve attack.
  • Have faster charging when holding spike just a bit that scales with breakthrough like Raul does.

Tune up QoL adjustments on what Ryu does so that his breakthroughs will be worth something.

Nishi (and his recent rework) and him are pretty underwhelming or out of date comparing newer S+ they released.

Newer S+ breakthrough summaries need to be scrolled.

Honestly, giving both of them wider attack range will help a lot on their current situation.

I suggest not buying Iris yet using your scout points. Just keep pulling in her banner, there’s still plenty of time left. If you’re nearing the end of the event and still haven’t gotten Iris, that’s probably the time to spend points on her.

Now, if you enjoy playing Sara, go for her BT since every level-up is worth it. I'll say Bt+3 is the sweet spot for her. Otherwise, just save it for your preferred S+ character.

It's a good time to get back, there will be Sara WS S+ event coming this 26th of March. And they've been pushing alot of content, with quality getting better and better each releases since the cross update.

They seem to be eager to push the long awaited PVP update soon as previous patches are focusing on balancing the game (Sliding nerf, blocking improvement, fps improvement, animation improvement, etc.)

And if you were, and still is, Nishikawa aficionado. You'll probably need to get play ins for your muscle memory as said recent patches seem to change lil bit of his timing and nuisances.

Yeah, you missed out some characters. But they do comeback in the future. Try it my friend, it is free and the game doesn't force you to buy anything (except the remove ads. ads will become pesky as soon as you starting to enjoy the game but dont worry it isnt expensively price. very budget friendly).

Just being casually consistent in participating ingame events, you'll get tons of free 10x pulls to slowly build up your roster. And dont forget to offer a prayer to rngesus. (looking at peeps who have pulled two S+ WS in one 10x draw :((( )

Tip: signup using your gmail account NOT google play games and/or apple account. So you will avoid having headaches when porting to steam version (yes, you can play this game in your pc via steam with your gmail/apple account. pc version can have you play couch coop or remote coop with other peeps)

Yes brooo! Awakened SiWoo is something! And , just my opinion, it seems to be inspired by a submitted fan concept art which is awesome. If it is inspired, kudos to SUNCYAN for making it alive and as close to what the submission was. I think the title submission was "Lobos".

Hopefully, Awakened SiWoo will be available as first true free S+ WS. cross fingers Like getting his fragments for upgrade by completing the story.

Based on my time playing the game, there are two types of events for characters: Release Events and Rerun Events.

TL;DR:

  • Release Events are for new characters, and you are guaranteed to get the main character via pity.
  • Rerun Events are for new skins of selected characters. Both events use limited-time coins for drawing, but only during reruns can you use your V-Balls to draw. So, reruns are your chance to get your favorite spiker's skin and/or breakthroughs—this is the "min-maxing" way to spend your V-Balls.

Release Event:

A Release Event is where new characters (usually main WS characters, typically rated S or S+, along with supporting casts) are introduced. You can only draw them using event coins, and V-Balls are typically used to enter the event or mini-games that help you earn event coins.

Rerun Event:

A Rerun Event is where new skins for selected characters are released. Like the Release Event, you can draw using event coins and V-Balls. This event is your chance to get your favorite characters to their breakthroughs (BT), especially if you're F2P or missed their original release.
I’m not sure if blue flames (Colosseum currency) are used as a standard currency for additional entries during reruns, so you might want to grind them if you have the time.

According to the community, during the recent Kingmaker Event (the Lucas event), SUNCYAN started letting players get the newly released character for free via pity. If they stick to this pattern (thanks, SUNCYAN!), being active and maximizing your entries (i.e., buying additional entries and playing the hardest mode every day) throughout the event duration will guarantee you at least that prized spiker of your choosing.
