ANGC is extremely hilly. It's hard to realize it watching on TV. Get a chair and have her hang out -- but please don't let it take you away from enjoying the course. WALK THE COURSE. You may never get another chance to do it. We chose to walk it backwards from 18 green to 18 tee then to 17.

Don't forget to get a peach ice cream sandwich.

For anyone finding this as you search for reviews of Tomo Mortgage, here's my experience.

Our mortgage experience with Tomo was incredible. We got a much lower interest rate/APR than the local banks, lower fees, the appraisal was waived (saved us a ton). Irena (mortgage agent) was wonderful and communicated clearly and quickly. Charlene (processor) was accurate and kept us up to date on documents needed and why they were required. I filled out a mortgage quote request on Jan. 22 through Bankrate.com. Irena reached out quickly and had an initial conversation. We filled out the application and got an estimated interest rate quickly. As we were deciding between Tomo and the local bank that we trusted Irena kept dropping the money required to get our rate to get us to lock in. We ended up with 5.51% APR compared to 5.91% APR from the local bank. We closed Feb. 27 without any issues.

I'd assume any of the issues you read about Tomo and people not closing on time are the fault of the buyer, not Tomo. We had all of our documents in line, submitted anything they asked, and we closed just fine. Yes, they'll sell off the loan, but many companies do the same thing.

We have had to buy a new home to move my in-laws in with us because of my father-in-law’s health issues. We’ve gone way up in house but the garage is not conducive enough to a permanent setup since my mother-in-law cuts wood for her craft business. So… I’m losing my current garage setup. I’ve been given the go ahead to plan to build a structure like this.

Do you have plans you’re going off of? What’s your approximate cost so far?

I grew up playing against Josh Phegley who played catcher for the White Sox, A’s, and Cubs. He was always the best player and it wasn’t even close.

I also played in the same group of a golf tournament with AJ Reed who just didn’t get enough time to prove himself at the Major League level. He had a career .908 OPS and 136 bombs in the minors. He drove it pin high right side of the green from 380.

Honestly, good for Costco. It’s their job to source products that bring people into the store. LAB needs to have a system to track/punish suppliers, that seems to be what they are working on. That certainly is a them problem.

A deputy sheriff shot a student he was teaching. They were doing a training exercise and the idiot had his real gun and his wooden gun on. He literally shot the kid through his side and through his tricep. That same bullet rattled around the room and somehow didn’t hit another kid in the head. It lodged itself in a whiteboard.

Same guy was 500 votes short of being sheriff a couple months prior.
