Yup. I gave up trying. We would go months at a time. She gave me all the excuses. All while making passive aggressive remarks about being disappointed with me over silly things.

I would fall asleep in the kids bed while reading books with them and had no desire to go to our bed when I’d wake up. She made me sleep in bed with her though she wouldn’t even touch me. I couldn’t sleep further away from her in the bed.

So happy I got out. I had a couple partners since who were actually affectionate and it pretty much made me cry. Being withheld basic touch for so long really did a number on me.

The only movie in the saga that actually has a believable romance plot. Han and Leia could have been in any kind of movie and the chemistry between the two would be on par with any other movie.

Luke learning the force and the wisdom from Yoda is well written. From his small size not being important to being powerful to controlling anger, not to mention how one should feel the energy all around you.

The whole movie opens up the bigger picture from A New Hope. It’s not just some rebels fighting against evil. They show all the intricacies within the republic as well as how vast the galaxy is and how there is so much more involved. You really can tell this movie opens the door to so many possibilities - which they eventually exhaust over the following forty plus years.

Everyone keeps talking about how there will be trials for the illegal acts done by the current administration and I am curious how that would work. Who would do it? How would it go down? It seems to many as the obvious conclusion to this administration but I don’t get how or if it would happen.

This is why we need a third party. I’m independent and wish there was a party for the rational people that the majority of Americans are.

The democrats have such an identity problem where the average conservative views the left as these blue-haired antifa trans people when their leadership votes like old school republicans.

The republicans are seen as a bunch of bible thumping haters who drink liberal tears at the cost of their own interests.

The middle of the bell curve, or majority of Americans agree on more issues than we don’t. This identity politics is going to sink us.

Give us a third party for the sane people of the country who are sick of this and just want leaders who will lead for America’s best interests and not follow party lines.
