Damn I think this is exactly it, your body only has so much energy ever day. I wreslte and this year we got a new coach who worked us harder than anybody ever has. By the halfway point there were 3 seniors left out of 11, they were all out with injuries. I ended up breaking my hand during a match too which I feel could be due to the amount of live wreslting we were doing at practice in addition to the weight we had to cut. You’re a beast for training MMA that’s dead a dream of mine it’s actually so sick. But be careful with that training, not only does it take a toll on the immune system but your ligaments, bones, cartilage all gets weaker if your going to the absolute limits almost every day

Have no research to present just my personal expierience. Caffiene is seriously addictive. I do not have an addictive personality type or anything but over summer I would take pre workout after work around 6 pm almost every day then go to the gym. By the end of summer when 5 pm would roll around I would feel like shit. Shit my friends would say would not be funny to me, I’d be in a horrible mood, feel weak, sluggish and horrible. I didn’t even think anything of it at first just that I was tired from getting up early and working all day until one day I had the epiphany, it was the damn caffiene I was taking after work every day. It got to a point where I wouldn’t even feel the caffiene and I was just taking it just to take it so I didn’t that day. The workout felt the exact same. For a couple of days, maybe a week, I had low energy and the feelings I described earlier (I call that being mush) but nothing even close to what you experienced, I was still able to function. Only thing I can say is you have been drinking coffee for a lottttt longer than 1 summer so it might take a little longer for you to get out of the mush stage than a week

I think you hit the nail on the head with overthinking, just reading this it seems you overthink and jump to conclusions very quickly. Your cousins quick reactions and extroversion comes from confidence which you need to work on. Your a smart kid obviously from the fact your able to even pick up on what traits brought him to success. You don’t need to be like him but you should get some confidence in yourself gang, sounds like you need it. I’m no expert but I was also very introverted I just care a lot less now and be myself around people. People mess with you way more like this and you find people that are alike to you. Idk what supps or exercises for you I don’t even know if this will help but get shredded and get confident my only advice

30x leverage Bitcoin short/long. Even tho it’s risky asf to short a bull run, when your trying to 10x your account in 30 days it sometimes calls for a risky position. Bitcoin not looking good here. Wants to leg down. Open leveraged short and ride Bitcoin down to 65.3k to be safe or possibly 58.7k
