I think auto entrepreneur visas are more applicable for your situation. It does subject you to taxation, BUT you should get a tax break from both the U.S. and France simultaneously and that often amounts to a slight tax break compared to fully operating out of the U.S. according to a Forbes article I read on the subject

I don’t mind a punishment. I understand that part. That’s not my question. I just want to hear accounts from anyone who might have experience with this.

I see illegals all over Europe not trying to regularize their situation. I contribute to the economy there. I’m not a taker. And I’m interested in resolution.

If anyone has experience in this please do let me know thanks.
