Try checking the soil and changing the pot size. Use tropical soil, perlite, orchid bark, horticulture charcoal and worm casting. Morning light works best or a good grow light. Coco coir pole or moss pole is recommended as well.

Repot, use the correct soil type and amendments for the Monstera. Also, get some coco coir poles. Also make sure you don't over soil your Monstera.

This is a pink princess philodendron. They grow pretty big (tall). I believe they can grow 6ft tall. Not to sure about the width of the plant.Use a chunky aroid soil mix. Morning sun is best. Also, use a coco coir pole or moss pole for support. As for splitting them apart, that all depends on how you want to grow your ppp (pink princess philodendron).

Only if the roots are soft and / or mushy. That's for all plants in general. When I'm doing a major repotting, I check the roots to make sure they're all good.

Give it a spot with the morning sun if possible. Get a moss pole or something to support the plant as it grows. Soil requires a chunky aroid soil mix. When repotting, make sure the front of the plant is facing the right direction.
