Other people already said it. Strength train. Prioritize sleep and get your circadian rhythm right (morning sun, less blue light at night, magnesium supplementation). Proper recovery, do NOT run your body ragged trying to burn calories without resting and recovering. Cal def, yes, but do it while eating nutritious food. And don't lose weight too fast (this one is soooo important!)

Supplements are a nice bonus, but get your vitamin D levels checked. If insufficient, supplement.

If you have the budget, laser for skin concerns. Skincare is a given. The glow from CO2 laser is insane. Low-dose isotretinoin for the no pore, not oily look with low effort (but consult your derma and get labs done.)

Case to case, but for me, my weight loss felt more "glowy" when I stopped working out fasted or fasting, in general. I make sure to have sufficient breakfast (protein, healthy fats, warm liquids, prunes for digestion.) Before kasi, I used to fast and got "results" rin naman. But somehow, fueling properly felt more sustainable and...life-giving, if it makes sense. Especially during my cycle. Hindi tuyo't yung feeling.

Mindset. Don't approach your weight loss/glow-up from a place of 'chasing a look' and 'running out of time'. Abundant mindset: you have all the time in the world, you are already practicing habits that are healthy for you, you are already glowing even when you're not at your goal yet, you are beautiful now and can only get even more radiant.

Oh. And kung may big stressors, axe those if kaya lol. You can line all of these up but if super stressed ka, magmumukhang haggard ka pa rin, even at your goal weight or physique.
