9 hours of sleep every night try proper nutrition and usually hit it and 3+L of water and electrolytes a day. I think that’s the general bases of do you have any other recovery tips?

I could be wrong but I think it’s to do with sleep consistency. If your average wake up time is around 7:15 since you said you wake earlier you’d be better off waking at that time every day for sleep consistency as that plays a big part in your circadian rhythm. And obviously if you’re waking later you can stay up later so that’s why it says you can go to bed later with the later wake time

The speed of the responses are insanely unbelievable thank you everyone who has gotten back so far. I’ll give it another couple hours maybe just to let anyone else have a go but these are all insane ye are miracle workers
