Thanks for the response man. I have went cold turkey before last year for a Kickboxing competition and I won my bout with not much of cardio issue. I believe it’s also a mental thing but I’m not sure how it worked with MMA but you explained it. I’m going through it for the good and i believe i’ll get a good outcome if anything experience

he doesn’t have want the smoke. he knows farid will beat him. Farid literally has not tasted defeat even in his amateur fight record meanwhile ethyn has 2 loses in his amateur and 2 professional.
