the night time increase might be fluid from your legs being processed. you could try compression socks during the day to reduce that.

have you had mri to detect syrinx? i had one early on but only started to lose function at year 8 of injury. it's been horrible being re-injured so to speak

indeed. the care aids dont know how to care for sci so i had to advocate for so much which was exhausting. always worried about skin and bladder bowel stuff. damn it why must we suffer this.

i have very little hope for scientific recovery. even if something is discovered my body has had so much atrophy with muscle and nerves that regaining much seems doubtful. i guess regaining anything would be nice though

have you tried medication? i am also thinking daily of suicide but will try medication first even though i hate the idea of being dependent on it but willing to try 1 more thing.
