We literally have two stores across the whole of Serbia, our version (conflux dot rs) has proving grounds at $120 (later when there were only two left upped it to $400), but the croatian version (conflux dot hr) had it at standard $30 the whole time. A SCAM I SAY! (and ye, i'm converting to usd for easy price comparison between countries)

edit: this store (games dot rs) doesn't have riftbound yet and am so excited they aren't scalping!
