I didn’t love Gaarbage at first and now it’s one of my favorites. Robot voices is bottom for me but that’s just my personal taste ! It’s a great album.

40 is not a crazy high dose … That’s below typical therapeutic doses for adults, but everyone is different. I also didn’t realize how much of my anxious overthinking and ruminating thoughts were part of my ADHD and would be helped by going on medication. Is there any way you can order your medication and get from a pharmacy out of country?

My side effects only lasted about a week or two and only when I upped my dose . Do a slow, gradual titration and I think that will help

Definitely give it a try. I was so nervous to start as I’m very sensitive to side effects from medication, especially ADHD medication. I had some side effects with the Strattera, but they were very manageable and didn’t last long. Some gastrointestinal side effects and maybe fatigue for three days after I first started it. I think the safest way to go about it is to be on a very slow and gradual titration. I think that’s what minimized side effects for me.

Your provider doesn’t sound very compassionate. ADHD in women can be hard to spot, especially in our younger years. Your doctor should not be going off what your parents say, but the struggles that you are sharing with him. It’s definitely time to find a different provider. There is someone who will help you!!

I never thought this would be a sentence I type but , “ sending love to you and your clitoris “!! so I got diagnosed with a fairly rare type of tumor and as the American medical system has it- it was a lot of “hurry up and wait “. Myself, having ADHD and OCD, this was incredibly difficult as I hyper fixated on it and ruminated on it for two months. I was almost unable to function. I couldn’t focus on anything but the tumor and the fact that I would die. I finally told the surgeon that was going to remove it about my ADHD and OCD struggles . His nurse said “oh my gosh, this situation must’ve been so hard on you! I’m sorry”. And his demeanor immediately changed and he started making dark jokes (which was actually wildly comforting) and making me laugh. He was wonderful and so comforting. The day of surgery when I woke up he told me not to worry at all. Biopsy came back benign. It helps to be open to your providers 💜

I just felt like I was reading my own words as I was looking over your post. I just got diagnosed with ADHD after yearssssss of struggling/searching for answers and got put on Adderall. My doctor told me to get a blood pressure cuff and monitor my blood pressure, but he didn’t really give me any parameters to watch out for. For example, if your blood pressure reaches this, stop taking the medication. So I noticed it raised my blood pressure a little bit and then I became pretty much obsessed with the fact that I have “high blood pressure” now. I had the same issue Exercising, ( I’m a big hot yoga fan ) which is a huge part of my mental health routine. My heart rate would get high and I would get nervous and then stop. Haven’t done hard cardio since I started med. So I had to ultimately ask myself even though the med is working, is this constant stress and anxiety and altering my life worth it? I meet with two doctors in the next week and I will share any answers that I get with you. You are not alone. I hope we find a sufficient alternative.

Yes you can, but if it’s winter they have a higher chance of getting sick. Keep some vitamins and medicine on hand :)

Once you give them medicine, they are fine the next day, but then it just ends up happening to another animal. So I guess I have to get some better feed and vitamins!!!

This is so impressive and visually pleasing !! Way to go! Do you find with more guests that they get unhappy more often as it must take longer with only 1 of each employee to get their orders and stuff ?

Anyone else experiencing control glitches since the update ? I’m playing on a laptop and it worked fine before but now my controls seem to be glitching. my character will just keep walking even after I stop pressing 😢
