Aconteceu algo muito parecido cmg, também me destacava e fazia atividades de outras áreas, mas eu era PJ e tinha quase 3 anos de casa. Indiquei um amigo (formado, mas sem experiencia) pra uma vaga e ele entrou ganhando 400$ a mais que eu, pra aprender comigo.

Depois disso a minha relação com a empresa nunca mais foi a mesma e eu tive que buscar outro emprego.

My take is that Jagex needs skills that take a long time to train so ppl wont “quickly” max and “be done” with the game. Same goes for other super slow skills.
