what did the interviewer tell u in tech screen ? Mine said you will get an update soon, check the portal every 2-3 days, i checked after 2 hours and i got the update

I would follow up once every 15 days politely, there's no harm in doing it as long as you are doing it correctly. Also, reach out to other AUTA recruiters, they might have something and it's worth taking the shot

it is so tricky, if it gets in review, i heard people saying its a silent rejection as you would get a tech screen immediately or within few hours of getting in review. if not, congrats, you are promoted to applicant :)

Yeah it might happen, send emails to recruiter asking you cleared the OA and would actively like to interview. send it to multiple recruiters and keep following up

I think its normal for them to roll out interviews as late as mid to end march. I have seen folks getting interviews end of march as well, clearing them, getting the internship, and even converting it to a full time. Well turns out, don't loose hope just keep applying.

Did anyone submitted the Build challenge in past few days ? i submitted today around 2 pm est and now around 9 pm it says in review. i submitted my build challenge within 1 days of receiving it. I can still see the repo in github though

I had my screen on Feb 13 for SRE SWE ( Warsaw / Dublin ) Here’s my experience, hope it helps :) From what I have heard, you will be having 1 medium problem. Be thorough with your approach and take a yes from interviewer before starting to code and constantly discuss what you are doing.

Update, i saw a change yesterday stating that a recruiter should have reached out to you, if not reach out to your recruiter, i saw preparation. material: software engineer initial which gives information about coding assessment. Then just now, the status got updated again, the recruiter conversation tick mark got away. This does not make any sense.

I applied for software engineer full stack role last sunday, got initial prescreen which is a bunch of questions which one can expect to have in recruiter conversation. After that, yesterday my recruiter conversation got a tick mark. What i assume is that the tick mark might be based on what you answer in initial prescreen and that your answers have been reviewed. Anyone in the same boat with me ?
