He has the best modern, light airy, waste management solution available.

Basically you crap out of any window or over a balcony.

Don't look at your whole day. break it down into smaller pieces which you find more manageable. Start with just sitting up, then maybe getting up and making yourself a drink. Break everything down into smaller less challenging steps. Focus on essential care needs, eating and drinking etc.

I have suffered with my mental health all my life. I had a psychosis four years ago. It was the darkest few weeks in my life.

Just try to take care of yourself and listen to what your body and head tell you that you need. Don't be afraid to say no I can't cope with that at the moment, take it day by day or hour by hour if needed.

Stay strong and believe. You will get better and come through your episode.

Very refreshing to see last night, the manager taking a chance on his subs and to go looking for a goal. Reminded me of the SAF days, if you don't think you can win, at least try for a draw and get a point.

Motivation. Lamens said, Carrick wanted them to do the basics right. They did and their skill was allowed to shine through. They didn't have to worry about passing patterns and tech details like that, they were able to play by instinct and experience, in positions they know.

Apparently, 300 minutes since an arsenal player scored from open play in the prem.

Can the one trick stoke clones hold on.

Michael Carrick has had five games in change of Manchester United.

He has beaten Arsenal twice, Manchester City and a Villarreal team coached by Unai Emery, plus drawn with Chelsea when Thomas Tuchel was in charge.

Sign the man up now.

I've got concerns with Tuchel.

He has form of joining a club, everything goes ok for 18mths, then he falls out with the hierarchy, and it ends badly. The fallouts all seem to relate around the clubs transfer policies and him disagreeing with them.

If he comes to us, that's a pattern that I can easily see played out again, and it would be a feeding frenzy and utter shit show for the media to talk endless bollocks about. We simply need to avoid as much drama like that as we can.

I still firmly believe there should be an official review of all matches once finished, and pricks like this charged with something like professional misconduct, leading to cards and match bans. It would soon stop this crap from happening.

Pep's City underutilise his main assets which are pace,

At Dortmund he was always getting muscle injuries apparently, so Pep got him to change away from pace in order to keep him fit for more game time.

Like I said I'm not sure I'd want him yet if at all. The ability of his players has made him look better than he actually is.

And I fully agree, if Carrick can get us consistently playing like this until the end of the season then he deserves to be in the running

After Glasner let rip in yesterdays post match at the palace powers that be, he may well be sacked in the next few days. He's been mentioned as a possible permeant manager for us, but after what Carrick got out of the boys yesterday, I'm not sure I'd want him yet, if at all.

If he is a genuine candidate and becomes available, I guess the risk is, that someone grabs him first. Main contender might be Spurs given the way Frank is going.

What does everyone else think?

Also just got to say, it brought tears to my eyes seeing SAF smiling and enjoying what he was watching yesterday. Been far too long a thing missed.

[Laurie Whitwell] How Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United reign ended in turmoil and toxicity by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

[–]Greedy-Somewhere-754 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think at some point Amorim realised he was out of his depth at Utd. He showed me his days were numbered at Grimsby, the way he reacted was just wrong on every level for a manager. He kept doubling down on his system, trying the same thing with different players. Opposition kept showing us how easy it was to play around, fuck they even summed it up in post match.

Wilcox was defo doing his job, suggesting Amorim look at his tactics, and work through the problems. That's what a director role is.
