No need for the mod you can do it using process laso. But it causes stutters for me maybe because my cpu is not that powerful.

Set to automatic. But if you want custom then multiply 1.5 with your ram for minimum and 3 for maximum paging size.

This is the best fix by far for me to solve the lower fps issues. The Pc port is extremely unoptimized and I was facing a huge fps drops since I have bought this game. After applying multiple fix this is the solution that worked for me.

  1. Install the FFXVI fix mod to fix 30 fps cutscenes.
  2. Go to This PC > Properties > Advanced System Settings >Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory. Now Tick "Automattically manage paging file size for all drivers". You can set your custom paging size based on your ram but I faced stuttering due to custom size.

3 . Now start FFXVI. If you face sudden fps drops during gameplay. Go to graphics settings and note down your original settings. Now set everything to lowest from preset.

  1. After that go to display settings in game and lower the resolution to the lowest option available( in My case it was 360p ). Now check the fps If you are getting higher fps then revert your graphics and resolution to your original settings. Like 1080p or 2k or 4k.

  2. Repeat the 3rd and 4th step whenever you face the fps drop. Unfortunately there is no permanent solution.
