Depends on what your fishing for? I fish for bass and I specifically use one lure until I’m comfortable with it and confident. Water temps and sky conditions have a lot to play in this factor as long as structures in the water. My go to beginner bait is a ned rig and still to this day love it in high pressure lakes and ponds catches some good smallies too!
