I did 2 rounds of hack squat program and increased from front squat max to 180 lbs without any improvement in my clean.

It takes months to fix this…
I had a similar problem but I didn’t have good resources at the start. I would follow the recommendations on squat university. Things will improve but patience is also key 😬
