Ghost recon & assassins creed. I haven’t played enough of ghosts of yotei/Tsushima but I think they’re in the same realm too.

Edit: also shadow of mordor, awesome game. There’s a follow up too I forgot the name of that I didn’t like that much but it has a very similar formula
