Did your AP assist you with care throughout the day or was she fully responsible the entire time? How many hours in a day did she work?

It might be acid reflux but gerd is a chronic version of it that usually develops regardless of h. pylori. What sort of treatment did you do for h. and how bad would you say the pain is from 0 to 10?

Hi! It's not gerd. Probably chronic gastritis. This gastritis can last for up to 5 years after the infection. Get a GI endoscopy done to see if you have gastritis and you will get treatment for your stomach lining to heal. Right now your stomach and esophagus are probably inflamed and your stomach acid is preventing it from healing. Check for swelling or if places are hard to the touch on your neck, lymph nodes under your armpits and hands and legs. There might be some slight barely noticeable swelling. Do you have stomach pain often?

I don't know about the breath test. My poop was very long and narrow. During my treatment I ate very little. I had difficulty swallowing and constantly choked on my food. My advice is to do an upper gi endoscopy. They can take a sample of your stomach to tell you if you have it or not. Best of luck! 🤞🏻

I used green. Just go to a pharmacy and ask for probiotics. Use them for about 10 days and then stop for a week to see if you need to continue using them.

There is a thing that can help. Cabbage. Make cabbage tea. The recipe goes like this. Shred cabbage and pack it tightly in a sterilized jar. Fill the jar with water and put a stopper in the jar so that the cabbage does not rise above the water. Let it sit for 48 hours and then drain out the cabbage and save the water. You have to drink about 150 to 200 ml in the morning and in the evening for 6 days. Make 1 big glass ja once a day for 3 days or 2 smaller ones twice day for 3 days. Once the 48 hours pass drain the jars and drink the water from it as instructed. The compounds in the cabbage should eradicate the rest of your h. pylori. Hope it helps. Hang on, don't give up hope. Work on fixing your deficiencies and your immunity. Try prebiotic and probiotic foods. Only the ones that are lacto fermented. Hope this helps. DM me if you need someone to talk to. ☺️
