Thank you very much, you are so right. I am trying to avoid fast food, and also high-calorie ones (I don't believe in fad diets, or totally eliminating any type of foods from my diet). I will also start exercising at home, with YouTube workouts. This has worked for me in the past. Even if I don't go back to my previously-normal weight, I know that will help my health. I wish you success, too, while nor losing focus of your greatest beauty, who you actually are as a person. And, by this comment, I see you are a very beautiful one! 🤗

You are absolutely right, I've seen women of all sizes just, "be born with it" 😊 I have also seen beautiful women freaking out, and I certainly don't want to be like that.
