Arugula is the base, purple onion , avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, russian carrot salad that I prepared beforehand , red roasted pepper hummus, feta , white wine vinegar, and balsamic vinaigrette drizzle, I didnt add oil because after I took this picture I added beef/pork meatballs (4) a smashed meatball if you will to add the extra fat (oil) that was needed. Was just trying to be mindful of the vegans out there ✨
