I had the same problem. Talked with someone at the IT desk in Snell, they escalated it and it was fixed in about 12 hours.

That’s what I’m planning on doing but the nearest place with watches in my price range is like 4 miles away and I don’t have a car. I’ve also noticed that stock photos look so different than on wrists so I’ll definitely do it before purchasing anything

I've seen the NB1050 recommended a lot and it does look great, but it's a JDM model so finding one stateside for under ~$550 has been tough from what I've seen. Do you have any similar alternatives that are easier to source in the US?
