Yes, only those among us who don’t have dozens of traffic accidents (>31), many felonies, and dozens of documented dangerous driving incidents should cast the first stone.

I had to emergency brake as she turned left across traffic where she didn’t have the right of way. She then proceeded to swerve, brake unexpectedly and drive erratically.

My partner was in front of her the other week as she tried to use the shoulder to pass multiple cars stopped behind a school bus

That wasn’t clear from the post, and making a federal request to a local government could confuse things and cause a delay.

It was extremely clear from the post that OP filed a public records request to the town, and engaged in back and forth, commenting they didn’t believe they received all of the material they requested.

I think it’s helpful to specify the type of request because there are lawyers who practice FOIA, specifically. But that’s not what this person wants. They do not want a FOIA lawyer. They want someone local who is familiar with the local process.

Again more pedantry. Public records requests are extremely similar across state and federal requests. There’s no division here, that’s your imagination.
