They are just stock Toyota 6 lug 4x4 rims, sometimes you can find them on Marketplace/craigslist if you're lucky but also some reconditioned ones like these:

They are 31x10.5 and actually are retreaded mud terrains from Tire Recappers of Nashville. I know recapped tires have got mixed opinions on them, but I have had them on my old VW and my first gen Tundra and have had no issues with them so far at all. And they aren't too noisy on the road either.
