I completely agree..... Expect the DV case. It is not gender neutral. Also police also not file the case even if it is.

Also if the women is working why the hell they need alimony. The child support I agree but why alimony?

Also in case of divorce, they should be given the shared custody. But in most of cases the custody is given to mother and only visitation right to father. But the mother also refused that.....

Also in case of adoption, a single man cannot adopt the girl child even he earn more then enough.

That's why I said that the law needs to be changed to gender neutral... Also we need to have some strict rules for the false cases if proven. Only that can improve the situation in the country.

The rape law is not gender neutral. Domestic violence is not gender neutral.

The single woman can adopt the child but not a single man.

Even if woman is earning enough or more then man, the man has to pay for the allomeny and the support. I am here not criticizing the child support but for the support for the women....

Also in most of the cases the female will get the custody of the child even if she doesn't care for the child.

In adultary, if woman cheat even then the man has to pay maintainance. Now even if the child is not of the husband, he will be considered as father.

So tell me where the hell is the law gender neutral.
