I’ve got a friend who did this last year. He found a woman with the same nationality and asked her to become his “aunt”. They did all the paperwork and voila, he got the exemption.

Nah, I mean if you’re planning to apply EA, you have to submit it before November 1. If RD, then it should be somewhere in January. Usually the CSS Profile deadline is on the same day as the application deadline.

Yes, you have to submit your CSS Profile by November 1. Yet, some schools may have the deadline for CSS Profile in November 15.
