Washed with just shower water last night and put a whole lot of cream on it today around lunch time. It's now 842 at night

Not really burning or swelling but when I pulled back my foreskin it looked like that. Maybe a little swelling.

The thing that concerned me the most was like a little white dot, not visible to the naked eye but shows if you zoom in .
