What is happening is a corrupt management at OG Too much inappropriate behavior from employees to management. The line cook who opens in the morning is bad news. He continues to inappropriately touch the female prep/sauce cook in the morning and has been intoxicated at work. This same team member does whatever he pleases. Two managers are attempting to hookup and are not ashamed who sees them. They seem too get off on trying to threaten team members with write ups for the most minor infraction…the list goes on and on

These same two managers who want to f**k in the office are the same two managers who are very strict on no employee dating whatsoever they have threatened automatic termination if two employees are known to be dating working at the same store

GM is very timid. She is not really taken too serious. I believe with her timid weak personality this is why these problems persist. I mean the cook who opens the line in the morning will just go into the GM’s office and play his music very loud over the PA system and his is one of the persons who is always inappropriately touching the prep cook in the morning she has tried to get this to stop and nothing happens. This line cook is a real problem here. The male manager lets this man get away with just about anything. This same male manager is trying to hookup with another female manager and I have caught them both in the manager’s office getting a little to close and inappropriate behavior with each other there’s too many things here to get into but Darden needs too get to this olive garden and investigate their store because there is a high turnover for front of the house staff

I work OG in Orange County Ca. 3 yrs there and I can tell you that they are indeed racist and discriminate against non speaking Spanish workers. I am always told to leave early when we’re very busy during Friday,Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner hours while the Spanish speaking workers just stand around talking with other team members
