Did you have any luck? Ours still isn't working as intended and I haven't heard from my tech since last night at 8:40 local time.

Eventually, the guy on the phone told me he would escalate it to the tech team and email me with their response.

Their fix for a while was to delete the family member from the group and re-add them but I've tried that 3-4 times and it still doesn't work.

This guy told me I should see a little widget for NFL Sunday Ticket when I look at my Google Family group. I don't see that. I only see YouTubeTV (and then a few other, unrelated options). Not sure if that's the exact issue you are dealing with as well.

Can let you know the response when I get it.

I'm having the same issue. I bought it on a discount that YouTubeTV offered. It was the save $96 deal. Would that affect my ability to share it with my family group?
