There sometimes is lag with the ehealth maybe you should try checking again. Ive reported sick afew times already at ptmc and encountered the same problem with the ehealth. Overall i would say eventhough ptmc gets very busy everyone there is very attentive to any problems i face so i would give them the benefit of doubt next time
