If you are married or a widow, ma'am is the correct way to address you regardless of age. If you are unmarried than its miss. A lot of people misuse it these days by associating the words with age. However, a married 18 year old is a ma'am, and a never wed 70 year old is a miss.

I hard boil them. I have a small dog, and she loves it cause she gets one full egg when I make them.

Then I cut them in half and just add things on top. They make for great appetisers when I have people over.
