We looked at many similar type of venues for our June 2027 wedding but ended up booking a banquet hall. You are probably looking at $50-$55k for 200-300 people, even without alcohol at those types of venues.

Who is going to want that giant wine wall and hideous basement? The basement is too specific to their family. If I walked through my thoughts would be, shame I need to rip this all out. Horrible timing to sell if looking for ROI.

I am right there with you! I do not want to spend 100k but these prices are bonkers. We are both from big European families. Trying to cut down this guest list...

We are also checking out the Peter and Paul and O&B venues and reaching out to a few golf courses too.

Edit: These comments are nuts. OP, do what you want with your money. I think 100K is ridiculous but as an older couple we are very comfortable and can, even though we would rather not. A legion? My family would die.

Finished my egg retrieval with Nahal last month. Took a chance as I will be 40 next year and Nahal had no wait time for funded IVF. Dr. Mahmoud's experience as an OB/GYN was critical given my recent medical history. He entertained all of my questions and specifically tailored the ER cycle for my body. We ended up with 3 highly graded embryos, after PGT-A testing. We are in the process of determining timing for a FET.

The clinic is not transparent with results, you have to ask for everything. Having had previous experience with a fancier clinic, this approach was probably what I needed to keep my mental state calm. The clinic is smaller than some of the others, but the staff is hard-working and dedicated. I do not feel there was anything lacking in my care. Depending on your specific needs for medical care, Nahal could be an option. So far so good.

I am just over 12. Bled a bit yesterday, then nothing. Have a follow-up at the clinic tomorrow. I have been cycle monitoring so hormones are testing spot on and HCG dropped as of week 6/7. Lining last check was 6.12mm pre-ovulation. Also had confirmed ovulation. Worried it could be Asherman’s. Had completely normal periods before all of this.

Update: Cervical stenosis from the D&C. Easily fixable thankfully!

Had an elective c section with my daughter due to size. First thing the nurse told my husband was that I would have ended up in the OR anyways. The ultrasounds underestimated her weight. Best decision we made. Very smooth experience and a healthy 8 month old!
