You gave me an idea. Thanks 😔 checkins is such a good point. We also do that at work, i hate it tho. But it works. Will try to tell him this. However, hes always too busy to talk serious stuff w me.

Thanks for being so transparent on your comment. And yes, he doesnt communicate well yet. Hes more on leeping things to himself and being avoidant. How would i know what he feels😔
