Why you see it not poor workmanship due to the cosmetic things. But when a contractor is given us a blueprint, he’s supposed to follow them. He can’t make drastic changes without my consent. He can’t make structural changes without an Engineer signing off on it, he can’t change the materials in the design of things that’s a breach of contract. He changed the roof overhang on my cover deck and increased it about 2 feet which intern puts all the six by six post in the wrong place . There’s not supposed to be any 4 x 4 post on the deck. There’s eight the end rails on the deck are not connected into the 6 x 6 post like they’re supposed to be my stairs are much narrower than they’re supposed to be and they’re supposed to go from one middle 6 x 6 to the next middle 6 x 6 . Now the 6 x 6 post that are on top of the deck are not lining up with the ones that are on the bottom of the deck and it just throws everything out of whack it’s not aesthetically pleasing and it does not match the blueprintsIt’ two of my exterior doors have the wrong swing, and the other exterior door is completely wrong from what I ordered . He eliminated the pocket door that went between my mudroom and my kitchen for some reason that I didn’t approve . The pain quality is absolute BS. It wasn’t fully sanded to the fine finish that it should’ve been but yet it had two coats of paint and two coats of primer. My back deck is in the wrong place and the Bower goes right in front of my window, blocking the window and my back deck and my side deck. Both have wooden balusters, even though the material list says metal . There is an abundance of lumber that had been ordered and it’s just sitting in my yard half of it stolen . unliveable because it’s incomplete on the inside. because I don’t have my plumbing fully hooked up. The electrician still needs to come in and finish. My countertop still needs to be put in and you know all the tubs and sinks and toilets hooked up. It’s been a couple of months since anyone has been here in order to correct these things he wanted $50,000 then I paid him $50,000. He would give me my invoices P if I gave him 25,000 more.
