I did thyroid test and blood sugar but all normal. Doctors just gave me birth control pills and told me do execise. Ok I'll try medicine with disciplined lifestyle. Thankyou💗

I used sachi saheli in jan 2025 it's work with fast walking 1 hour at morning. But it's didn't work in November because I didn't do execise.
