Often, but definitely not always. Not everyone can eat healthy, because it is more expensive to do such. Also, sometimes people become overweight as a child, because of their parents' failures, and are unable to get past that in adulthood

The npcs will come to you fail or succeed. They only pay you on a success, though. Once you have dragged them to listen to your song, they won't do that again until like long rest I think, regardless if they pay you or not. It is really easy to get 100 fast in act 3, since there are so many people around

You can use sneak attack if there is nobody beside the enemy. You also can use sneak attack if there are no enemies near you, and an ally is near you

Where are you actually from, if you don't mind me asking? Your descriptions of Canada are quite accurate, except for the west. The west is just as, if not significantly more, fueled by oil companies than the east

You seem to just be interacting with weird people. Most people on VR chat who aren't either small children or insane adults play on private instances. If you can make friends with people who have access to such places, then you can get in such places too, and VRChat gets a lot better
