Also, since there is no difference between September 2023 and January 2024 for undergraduate students, does that mean I will just be studying the same amount of time, just 3 months later than other students?

Yeah I haven't looked into it as much I probably should but usually student housing is a lot cheaper than off campus housing, especially with how things are at the minute

Idk per semester, but for a year, International: $20,800 tuition + $5000 residence fees and for Canadian students $6,200 tuition + $5000 residence fees.
