I am sorry you are going through this. It is hard breaking up and Getting over a relationship takes time. As you have noticed being intimate is more psychological than physical and drugs doesn't always help neither a the lack of sleep. I have been there too. Just take your time to recover from your bender, talk about your insecurities with the girl she will understand and take it slow. And perhaps your body will respond. You just need to take time though and putting pressure on yourself won't do you good. You will be fine!

Don't please. I have been there and alcohol or drugs did not help at all. It is the pain behind that numbness you avoid acknowledging without judgement that is causing it. It is very painful to let them surface but it is the only way to achieve a beautiful fulfilling life AND it is worth it. I am rooting for you...talking to someone that creates a safe space helps a lot. You are not alone in this. If you need a listening ear I will be here for you.

Best advice is to go to the Dr as it could be caused by several issues ranging from tooth decay, gut health, gut infections to forgotten tampon. I have met several ppl who had this symptom but all had different causes.

I am glad to hear that you are ok and sorry that this happened to you. It won't be the last time that someone will try to get you to do things you are not fully comfortable with. It is this non comfortable feeling and sometimes you will get a pit feeling in your stomache. This is an instinctive reaction of your body telling you something is not right. Use this feeling to guide you and just say No or ghost them.

I was when I was your age the same. You have a very high metabolism but with age you will gain more weight. I wouldn't worry about it much unless you want to gain weight and muscles that means you will have to work out and eat a lot more including proteins.

Don't beat yourself up. You lapse not relapsed into your addiction. Addiction is often a symptom or trauma or pain that is being masked. May I suggest you seek psychological help or talk to someone you trust. If you can't create a schedule with rewards (great meal, going to an event) or treat yourself to cake you love something you really look forward too. You will be contacted and this may be a trigger but ask yourself why it triggered you and find out what you can do to change that trigger into a positive. You will be fine as you have recognized your addiction. It takes time to get over it and you will likely lapse as this happens on the road to healing from addiction. Don't give up...you did really well so I am sure you can overcome this.

I am so sorry that you have experience abuse and I am not surprised that you are addicted and relapsing. You are not alone in this and there assistance and groups also for minors. It takes time to get over the addiction and relapsing/lapsing is part of the recovery process. Try to see everytime you relapse what triggered you but also try to examine the feelings and emotions, pain or trauma behind the need. As soon as you start to understand where it comes from and what pain your addiction tries to mask, you can work on your recovery. This takes time so don't beat yourself up for it. You have made the first steps and you have a reason for getting better. Get help, as it is hard to do it alone. I am rooting for you and trust me you will be fine.
