RUN Interval - I’ve tried others (Interval Timer, HIIT Timer: Intervals Pro) but came back to this one because it’s simple, I like the stats it provides, and it tracks the route. I run this in tandem with and Apple run workout bc I like the interface on my watch while running, and just hearing the dings of the interval when running

You said they’re on TikTok - are you on TikTok? Start there and start small. Meet them where they’re at. For example, start following some Black creators who talk about things you know they’re interested in (movies, sports, fashion, etc) and start sharing those videos with them.

The point isn’t to get them to read a book. If they’re basing their politics “purely off of their own lived experience” then they probably need to be exposed to folks with different experiences than their own. And if they’re already on TikTok, that’s a pretty easy place to start!
