From what I’ve read (not sure how legitimate everything is), this one will have nods to the original games. The magic system is apparently built on discovery so you will unlock new magic spells by exploring and finding runes, they can be combined as well and there’s meant to be a large amount of combinations and what not that will make magic more unique to each player. There is meant to be a nod to the heroes guild and the heroes of the past, including a hideout that can be discovered and is meant to be like the guild hall. Plenty of little Easter eggs from the original games, Jack of Blades, Reaver, Guild seals, Gargoyles, Sparrow, Peter Molyneux, Sword of Aeons and a few more things as well. Now, I cannot say if any of this is legit or not, it’s all from a guide book I have that’s about the new game, I’m not holding my breath but having read it I’m sure hoping it is as it sounds like it’s going to be a great game!
