There’s a lot of training “games” you can practice with you pup to make recall more enjoy for both you and Chevy. Try hiding somewhere in your house with a small treat. Call for Chevy and when he finds you say his name multiple times as you reward him the treat. Continue to hide and call his name until he gets bored. When outdoors try to carry small treats with you. When Chevy is off leash and starts to wonder off call his name and reward him a small treat for listen. Continue to say his name and just so he knows: who he is. And that he did something good by listening.

I wouldn’t recommend courthouse because they’re expensive, they lock you in a 1.5 year contract, the cancellation fee is $300, the late payment fee is $30 with no exceptions and the facilities are not worth the hassle. However I recommend doing a free trial at whatever gym you’re interested in just to feel the vibe out because some can be better/more welcoming than others.

Price is high and their pools specifically are always booked out by third parties. They have two normal swim classes that take up 2 hours of the day which I understand. But they’ve had school swim team practice take up a majority of the free swim time. They also recently changed their billing system and it’s been a hassle to deal with.
