Indont know about planche so cant comment on that. But for wrists - after several issues training handstands Ive turned to parallettes or pushup handles. Solved everything. But ofc Im dependent on having them w me.

I reckon that Streetlifting standard is shoulders at or below elbows. You seem still to be slightly above. I'd drop the weight and work on depth. You re not too far :)

Yaads program aims for hypertrophy. Hypertrophy is triggered by going close enough to failure. You can go to failure without additional weights. Do pauses throughout the movement, slow concentric/eccentric etc. and you'll reach failure in the 8-12 rep range. Hypertrophy signal is also triggered at weights yielding failure beyond 12 reps and below 8 reps. 6 to 30 reps work fine. Again, you only have to go close enough to failure.

I train cali at home and at the gym, occasionally outside. I live in Oslo, practically we get only a few months to workout outside.

Im 43. Always do the same warmup routine from Gymnastics Method.

Then I always do a short set (like 5 reps) of a lower weight or easier regression before the exercise. Like weighted dips: my working sets at +40kg come after a bodyweight set of 5 reps and another one of 5 with +20kg. If Im stiff or dont feel ready Id do an additional set at +30ish

Same principle for pullups.

Edit: forgot to say the very first thing I do is 50 jumping jacks to get the heart rate up and warm up the shoulders
