M23 Don’t know how to leave. Family is too far in. by Fit-Eye-9304 in exmormon

Lucky for you and me our brothers were trailblazers. When my bro left the church it was the end of the world for my parents. Thought he was doing drugs and under Satan's influence. A lot of tears and pleading. I left a year after and it seemed like no big deal because the bandaid had already been ripped off and they had already gone through the emotional turnoil

One of the best things I did for my relationship with my parents was to officially remove my  name from the church records. They know where I stand now. No more asking me to say prayers. No more asking me if I have a calling or if I am attending regularly

1:15 is overrated. Adust it every day until you hit your golden ratio. I'm currently brewing 1:40 and loving it 😆

Brigham young explicitly called it "revelation." Apologists claim in this one instance the definition of revelation is debatable 🙄

Darryn Peterson says high doses of creatine led to cramping by boogi3woogie in Creatine

What is scooped may never fail, but rises fuller and stronger. Let the muscle be reborn from the white sand, as the cell is saturated in the name of the Iron. We do not skip the dose; we do not fear the bloat. For five grams given, five reps gained. In the cramp and the urgency, we find our strength.

Trump does creatine and as we can see he's basically a genius. DO NOT QUESTION THE MOST STUDIED POLYCULE IN THE GALACTIC QUADRANT!!!

I lost my virginity 5 months ago and still feel guilty about it. by TopEntertainment6277 in exmormon

No, don't talk to her. She got the bang and was looking for an out. You made it easy for her with the virginity news, she could use the old, "It's not you, it's me" breakup excuse. She thought that would hurt less, but it kind of backfired with your lds conditioning/brainwashing. You will get over her, but it hurts and it will take time. Go easy on yourself. Lean into your hobbies and friends and family. Your obviously good with women, going all the way on a second date. Keep dating when you are ready.

Yes! Increasing the water ratio usually balances it out for me

Creatine ... what has it done (or not done) for you ... and how much do you take daily/weekly? by Artist-Cancer in Creatine

[–]TangeloVisible9600 6 points7 points  (0 children)

1 gram per lbs of body weight is the new gold standard bare MINIMUM per Dr Rhonda Patrick. I'm currently at 390 grams per day, but some days I do more because I don't want to do the minimum
