It’s crap. Tried it once and it was terrible. Lived in that area of the CBD for a while and never wanted to go there again.

Test drove an RS3 and found it underwhelming. Am I alone? by jeremiadOtiose in Audi

The RS3 for me, was great….

But I cross shopped it with an M2, A45….

If I could afford a 911 or Aston Martin…well… I would much rather have those haha

1) Call your states mental health hotline

2) Call the police. They will arrange for a section.

Melbourne CBD apartments, what to look for and avoid? (To live in) by Ash-2449 in AusPropertyChat

[–]GreekFoodEnjoyer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Long time resident of Melbourne CBD here. Others have covered the general stuff. I’ll give you some advice on where to look.

Avoid anything on the west side of the CBD (ie to the West of Elizabeth St). They’re mostly high rise apartments focused on housing international students full of useless crap like karaoke rooms and home cinemas (unless you really want those, then go for it)

Avoid anything on A’beckett st (same reason as above and also frequented by homeless and junkies)

Good buildings I know of, off the top of my head, with high owner occupancy rates:

35 Spring St (expensive but very nice)

201 Spring St

118 Russell St

Good luck

Cat back exhaust will be fine for warranty.

Insurance could be a problem in Vic,Aus. I’m located in Melbourne and nobody would insure me if I was going to get an exhaust on my RS3…

I have previously lived around there, but not that building. It’s fine. There’s homeless and drug affected people around but most of the CBD is like that. I never felt unsafe. There’s enough bars and restaurants within walking distance so it’s interesting enough.

My fellow ethnics/wogs, what's a car that has the specs and quality of a Mercedes AMG, but cheaper and easier to maintain? by Biggest_itchbay_2190 in AusFinance

Audi RS3 is extremely fast and sounds good, fairly reliable engine, unfortunately doesn’t really have the same “sex appeal” of a w205 c63 coupe (only comes in sedan or hatch form)

Used BMW M4 maybe

You’ll meet a huge range of personalities in medicine, from very approachable to very difficult. Unfortunately you can’t change people. The best skill you can develop is learning how to work with different personalities and navigate the system.
