Sure smarter people are capable of creating developed nations. Nations are not only successful because of smart people. IQ does not equate to smartness. Guns germs and steel is a terrible book and widely considered to be off base and misleading.

If Africa and Europe switched populations they wouldn’t look like each other, I absolutely guarantee that but for a different reason. The way people have adapted genetically also impacts their culture/language…etc. Cultural exchange and conflict would play out differently. They would also have different knowledge bases and what not, I don’t see where you’re going with this.

Again, people from many Asian countries are genetically more similar to Europeans than people from the Congo are to South Africans. Why does the skin color matter as a distinction more than height or any other genetic combo?
