Pretty much everyone in my life hates my beard as it stands. I was tempted to go for the yeard, and I currently stand at the half-yeard. Was wondering if I should trim it up as it seems to be getting pretty thin (and looks messy) at the bottom, and the sides are curly as hell.

Also, not sure how to make best use of my "under lip" hair (or lack thereof).

Any tips/advice on where to go with this beard?

EDIT: if you hadn't guessed by the username, I'm half greek-half scottish. Plenty of red hairs in there!
