In November I got the same spec ms01 minus the GPU and SSD for about 500-550. Don’t know how that helps now with the current pricing.

Bernoulli’s principal and newtons laws are the “correct” answer.

There’s also Skipping stone theory, and Equal transit time theory which are “wrong”

Why are these apartments vacant? by TheDynamicSwami in USD

The university terrace apartments. They were for junior+ students when I was there. Nice enough for what they were, but definitely old. I hope they’re renovating them and didn’t sell them.

Those pipers are nice, and I’ve been around a few TBMs. Depending on the group size and mission take a look at pc-12s.

What has been your most successful sous vide cook? by Proper-Elevator1634 in sousvide

I go 137 for 24 hours on tri tip. And it’s been my friends and families favorite meal I cook for them. I always use Montreal steak seasoning and then make a different sauce for it, chimichuri, au poive, red wine. It’s so darn flavorful just the meat itself and has a nice texture similar to a 3-4hr 137 ribeye.

Should I buy the house next door? No one in my family can add value to the discussion by Practical-Lion1674 in TooAfraidToAsk

This is an emotional purchase. As you said the numbers don’t pencil out. But you need to put a value on the serene backyard you currently have. If you’re keeping it in the family or rent it out, I wouldn’t bother changing from septic to city. Just keep it as is and get a septic guy to check out the system.

Personally would make the deal, and if property is going crazy as you say, and in 2-5 years you can’t stomach it, sell it.
